Hampshire - NH - Floods - Governor Lynch declares State of Emergency due to
server flooding - 300 National Guards members deployed - Several roads heavily
washed out, bridges damaged or destroyed - 1 house in Ashuelot Village in the
town of Winchester was washed away - Several dams compromised - Areas heavily
affected include Acworth, Alstead, Belmont, Bradford, Canterbury, Claremont,
Croydon, Enfield, Fitzwilliam, Gilford, Gilsum, Goshen, Hillsborough, Hinsdale,
Keene, Langdon, Lempster, Loudon, Marlow, Newport, Plymouth, Roxbury, Salisbury,
Stoddard, Sullivan, Tilton, Troy, Washington, Walpole - Towns from Swanzey to
Wolfeboro received 7 to 11 inches of rain.
